WUB Hawaii generally meets monthly, at various locations depending on the planned agenda and availability. Meetings are usually on a weekday from 6-9 pm, with dinner served around 7:30 pm. The agenda usually includes speakers on some relevant/informative topic. More recently, a randomly selected member gives a short introduction about themselves, sharing with others who they are, their past, present, and future.
Some past meeting speakers include: Lt. Governor Mazie Hirono, Zippys Restaurant founder Charles Higa, Consul General of Japan Gotaro Ogawa, and pro baseball and football player Wally Yonamine.
