This large pink beach house, built in the 1930’s, is situated in pleasant Hawaii Kai, away from the hustle and bustle of tourist-laden Waikiki. The expansive oceanfront lanai and lawn are perfect for entertaining with panoramic sunset views. (We can recommend renters of chairs and tables for catered events).  A majestic chandelier and sweeping staircase greet you upon entry into the foyer. The cool, breezy, open mediterranean-style interior invites spacious living and casual entertaining.  This welcoming 4,000 square-foot oceanfront estate accommodates up to 18, with 1 queen, 5 full, and 6 twin size beds. The house is reminiscent of the complex from the hit TV show Melrose Place--U-shaped around a cool, refreshing pool, with the main house available for rental.  (Four apartment units occupy the same address). Large master bedroom with ocean views, A/C, ceiling fan, and jacuzzi bath.
