WUB Hawaii “Overnight Retreat”
SATURDAY, March 3, 2007
10am-2pm: Golf at Hawaii Kai Executive Golf Course
12-3pm: Lunch, videos, activities (volleyball? kayaking? Swimming, etc)
3-5pm: Workshops, small group meetings, brainstorming topics
1. How to improve membership, with quality members.
2. How to increase members’ participation.
3. WUB Hawaii and International plans for the future?
4. WUB’s role in the Uchinanchu community
5. WUB’s role as the Okinawan Chamber of Commerce?
6. Where does WUB Hawaii want to be in 1 year? 5 years? 10 years?
7. WUB’s activities and events? (Scholarships, tours, socials, leadership, etc)
8. How do we build stronger relationships with other WUB Chapters?
9. WUB-Hawaii fundraising and finances.
6-7 pm: Break Sunset (6:30-ish) / Moonrise (6:45 pm) drive/hike/watch?
7pm-9pm: Dinner/General Meeting
9pm - ?: Party, discussions, mingling, activities (poker, pool, cards, board games, etc)
SUNDAY, March 4
9am-Noon: Breakfast/Brunch (self-serve breakfast available for early risers)
